A.C.T.S. is the name and I.T. is the game. We're a dedicated I.T. service provider focused primarily on the hospitality industry. A.C.T.S. was established in 2004 and we're pushing forward through 2019 and into the future. We're the Alpha dogs of I.T. and we will continue to lead the pack in the I.T. field to provide you the best service available.
Meet the Team
Jonathan Jones (AKA: Mr. Fix-I.T.); Jonathan is from Orlando (though his wife would say he’s actually from Mars) and is the proud father of two boys and a Yellow Lab named “Shadow.” An avid reader, Jonathan also loves spending time on the beach and building/remodeling things (like his new home). Jonathan lived in the Dominican Republic for 2 years and it’s his dream to retire there someday.

Christian Jones (AKA: The Probie); The son of Jonathan Jones, Christian is seeking to follow his father’s footsteps in the I.T. field. While still attending college for I.T., Christian has already completed certification classes. Christian has certified in web design and is the one in charge of designing Alpha Computer Tech Solutions website. With his parents, Christian spent two years in Dominican Republic. Because of this, there is an instilled desire to bring technological advances to other developing nations in the future.
